1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zs555 ("zs555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at zs555.co ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all wagering, casino gaming, slot play, account management, and bonus participation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on zs555. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zs555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify zs555 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

zs555 accounts are non-transferable. Account sharing is prohibited. Only the registered account holder may use the account, place bets, or initiate financial transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on zs555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. zs555 reserves the right to apply processing fees on withdrawals where notified to the Player in advance.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your zs555 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. zs555 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously withdrawn.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are estimates only. zs555 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Funds deposited into your zs555 account are held in accordance with the requirements of the applicable gaming licence. Player funds are kept separate from zs555 operational funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on zs555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or casino game selected. These rules are accessible within each game or market section of the Platform.

zs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or placed after an event has concluded. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

For live sports markets including PSL cricket fixtures and international matches, zs555 reserves the right to suspend markets without notice during a match to ensure bet integrity. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless a specific voiding condition applies.

Casino game outcomes — including all slot, table game, and live dealer results — are determined by certified random number generators or physical dealing processes overseen by the game provider. zs555 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zs555 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are generally not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

zs555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or void any winnings derived from a bonus if zs555 reasonably suspects that the Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or exploited any technical error or pricing mistake in connection with a promotional offer.

Bonuses are awarded to one individual per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zs555 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zs555 Platform — including but not limited to the zs555 brand name and logo, game assets, software, text, graphics, interface design, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of zs555 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any zs555 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of zs555 intellectual property may constitute infringement and expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

The zs555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zs555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or network issues may affect Platform availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during an active game session.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by zs555's gross negligence.

10. Responsible Gaming

zs555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum net loss permitted over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and request that zs555 prevents you from opening a new account in the future.

Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

zs555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, or where required by law or licensing obligations. In cases of account closure for breach, zs555 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zs555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
